Rental Policies

Understanding our rental policies is crucial for a hassle-free experience. Our policies encompass details on rental durations, age requirements, payment methods, and more. If reservations are canceled prior to 7 days from the day of the reserved vehicle, the customer will receive a full refund of the reservation amount paid. When a cancelation with less than 7 days in advance is needed, it is encouraged to communicate directly with a representative to try and work the situation by case.

All drivers must have a government issued current and valid driver’s license. In the event of non-US driver’s license, a current and valid passport must be shown at the counter. Primary drivers must be at least 21 years of age, secondary drivers must be at least 16 years of age. Drivers under 25 years of age have an additional charge of $10.00/day per underaged driver.

Accepted Payment Methods: Debit Card: ATH, Master Card, Visa Credit Card: American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa Cash Payments: Accepted however contact with rental location is necessary.

Deposit – A deposit for each vehicle of $200.00 is necessary which is placed as a hold to the customer’s credit card and then released once the vehicle is returned within the conditions stipulated in the contract. Or it will be charged to clients that don’t have credit cards and then returned at the end of the rental agreement if the vehicle is returned within the conditions stipulated in the contract.

Vehicle must be returned with at least the same amount of fuel that the vehicles had upon leaving the establishment. In the event of not returning the vehicle with at least the same amount, the costumer may be charged for the difference.

Vehicle comes with unlimited mileage.

The first hour the rented vehicle is late for return is free of charge, every hour over that is charged at $5.00/hour up to 5 hours. After those 5 hours an additional day of rent is charged to the customer.

Additional drivers have a $10.00/day charge per additional driver requested. All drivers must have a current valid driver’s license. In the event of a non-US driver’s license a passport must be shown at the counter.

Child Seats – Available upon request, cost $5.00/day and in case of lost or damaged a $60.00 replacement fee may incur.

The vehicle must be returned in the same conditions that it was rented as. The condition of the vehicle is written down in the contract alongside the customer and verified when the vehicle is returned. In case of damage to the vehicle there is a deductible additional to the deposit payable by the customer for $1,000.00. Tire Breaks – Economy car tire breaks will be charged an $80.00 fee for each tire; $100.00 for each SUV tire; $200.00 for each truck tire; $400.00 for each Jeep tire.

Excessive Dirt – cleaning vehicles for normal usage of the vehicle has no charge, however an excessive amount of dirt (for example a car full of sand from the beach) will have an additional $40.00 cleaning fee.

Pets – Pets are allowed in our vehicles; however, the Excessive Dirt will incur if the case applies and/or if there is damage because of the pet other charges may incur.

Smoking – Smoking in our vehicles is strictly prohibited and has a $250.00 penalty fee.

Encoded Keys – if lost, a $200.00 replacement fee is charged.

Non-Encoded Keys – if lost, a $50.00 replacement fee is charged.
